Agreement to drop proposal to cap health insurance premiums, tied to Management’s acceptance of the above wage proposal.

A $50.00 lump sum payment to be made the first pay period of January 2008 and the first pay period of January 2009 to every active AFSCME employee, contingent on Union agreement with Employer’s settlement offer.
